Validus was established in May 2007 to provide claims management and analysis services to the UK motor insurance industry. Since then the business has evolved significantly, and with it the size of our workforce. We now employ more than 150 staff.

We encourage our staff to collaborate closely with our customers at all levels throughout the design and build process of our software technology. This way we can ensure that our products continue to evolve in line with changing business needs.
